Even I ordered my last notes on June 9th. Technically it shud be in my inbox on July 8th, but the last time I got mine was the 37th day.
And there is no tracking number once ur requested has been accepted (atleast not that I am aware of)

Well I got the confirmation email when I submitted my notes request that day and in that email it is mentioned: "Your temporary request tracking number is ******. After your request has been registered, a new number will be assigned to your request."
Oh well, will see when we get our notes..... did you get any confirmation email do you wanna read one more time please?

Even I got this email. Once ur requested has been accepted and a new tracking number is assigned, the applicant isn’t informed about it. You can email atip as soon as u cross the 30 day mark.

I got my last notes on 37th day (without any followup email) but it was worth the wait becoz my notes were generated on the same day. So it was the latest possible update.

I most certainly will, in sha Allah. While I wait for the notes, I would like to ask you what kind of crucial information is included. Based on the progress outlined in the notes, are we able to estimate how much longer it would take for the whole process to complete (ie. visa to be issued)? What was the most important thing in the notes for you and what is your expectation for the notes you have requested recently? Please share your thoughts in light of your experience with the notes you received. Thanks so much!

First of all, just by looking at ur notes u can tell if ur file has been initially viewed by a VO or just in queue to be assigned to a VO.
From my first notes I came to know that mine was assigned to a VO for initial review on april 6, 2014. nothing was started (elig, criminality and security)

Then I ordered my notes again and I came to know that the first review took place on April 23, 2014 (should have been April 6, but still not too bad) and as a result of this review my marriage was declared genuine (comments from the VO at the very end of my GCMS notes) and in these notes my elig was passed , criminality was passed and security was in process, and on these notes my next review date was June 23, 2014. (expecting to hear something by mid or say end July)

Now waiting for my third notes to see if my nikah nama was rcvd by them, have they even linked it to my file (also in my second notes there was a comment from the VO in bold “DID SPSR VISIT FOR 1 YEAR ANNIVERSARY” and fortunately along with my nikah nama I have sent my proofs of 1st anniversary visit (ticket and boarding passes and pics and most recent phone bills)

This is very helpful indeed. Can't thank you enough! So the notes do actually contain a lot of information and updates. This is the first time I have requested notes so I am really hopeful for some progress on my case. Many thanks again!

Just thank me by remembering me and my husband in your prayers (specially in this blessed month)

WISH U ALL THE BEST

Hi All

I wish we all get visa as soon as possible. I want to ask that do we get points for spouse visa eligibility? Do they have any impact on processing time?

Hello Huda,
How are you?I want to ask that upon your inqury they respond you about your husband's PR case status, right? Is there any other changing in status when you check the online status of the application?
I will appreciate your reply. Thank you

Hello,

I did not actually find out the status of my husband's application online, I had 2 different Members of Parliament for Canada do inquiries into my case and that's how I found out it is in London and that they are doing the background check right now. We never received any mail or e-mail that our application was transferred from Islamabad to London. Contact your local Member of Parliament to do an inquiry for you. Keep in mind they probably cannot help have your application time decreased, but they can look into the status of your application any time. Hope this helps!

I also did not get any official notification that our file had been transferred from Islamabad to London. However, I called CIC at 1-888-242-2100 and they confirmed that it had been transferred although the date of transfer or any other details were not provided. I subsequently submitted an online inquiry through the CHC London VO online form and got a confirmation that the file was in fact with them. Again the date of transfer was not given but I hope to find that out from my notes which have not yet been sent to me (38 days and counting). I sent a follow up email to ATIP but no response to that either so far. Anyhow, look forward to the notes...
