How do you go abouts getting an interpreter for the interview?

Thats why they enlisted me for the interview.

In my interview letter they wrote this line Please note that we have issued medical instructions for you (and your dependents). But there is no remedial request e.mail yet.anybody give me suggestions what to do in this situation.

same here i did not receive any email about medical but this line is also included in my interview letter.
any thoughts about it>??????
