SPOUSAL IMMIGRATION - File transferred to London Office from Islamabad

Hey i have applied for my wife's visa in January 2013, i got my original documents back in August but it never mentioned anything about london. So I am wondering how will i know that when was my file sent to london?
Because initially in 2013 it was sent to Islamabad as the email stated. I have emailed London asking them about details but anything you guys can tell me?

Hey. So you havent received any communication at all from eversince the transfer? Its just that my file was transferred in oct 2013 and i have not received any communication or request for additional documents yet!

No I have not received anything from the London Visa Office(LVO) at all. The only communication I have was an email from CIC saying that my file has been transferred to LVO.

Hello guys,

How can I find out if my file has been transferred to London Visa Office, I called my MP (Chris Alexander's) office who is also the immigration minister, his assistant asked me to sign and give her consent form which I did and she told me the next week that my file is in London as well. But, since my first letter in July 2012 that file was accepted and sent for processing to Islamabad, I have never ever received any correspondence ever since. No letter or E-mails.

So where do I E-Mail if I need to find out the current status of my file, since I'm seeing all people whose files were transferred to London from ISB received either an email or letter stating there file has been transferred.

Please help , I will really appreciate it :,(

Ok. Seeing everyone getting requests for additional docs is worrying me a little but still have my fingers crossed. Is yours a wife case?

Yes mine is a wife case. When did you apply ? what is your timeline ?

Mine is a Wife case too, but they are very sloww its frustrating now some people same time as mine have come to Canada.

Document requests aren't necessarily a good thing.... it means they were not satisfied with ur initial submission that ur relationship is genuine n require additional information from u..... if they are still not satisfied they will call u in for an interview

On 31st January 2012 file received by cpc missisauga
File transferred to islamabad on June 1 2012..
20 August 2013 file sent to London office. Interview
Held on 18 march 2014 and given passport request with advise
To wait for remedical request.. But still not get remedical.
Electronic status changed that
( your file processing start on 18th march 2014..)
Can anyone tell how much time takes for remedical??

Guy Any update ? my file was transferred to London in Jan 2014. I haven't heard any thing back as yet. Has any one heard any thing back yet ? with the same timelines ?

Yes mine is a wife case as well. Following is my timeline
App submitted on 1st oct 2013
File transferred to Isb on 17th oct 2013
File transferred to London from Isb on 24th oct 2013

Havent heard anything as yet. Was yours a full rukhsati or just nikkah case?

I hope what you're saying is correct!! But there is complete silence ever since my file was transferred to London in Oct 2013. At least they should send some response.

We have decided to order notes. Lets see what they say!
