Please submit all requested documentation/information to us within 30 days, including a copy of this email as a cover letter. Please submit all the above documents to us at the same time, quoting your file number (shown in the subject line above) on all correspondence, including on the envelope

can i send requested document by email ? or only mail ? as it takes almost 10 days if i send it by mail plz guide me asap

You should send the documents by email and let them know that you are also send the same documents throuhj courier, it take 2 or 3 days max if you send them by DHL...

I am sure CHC islamabad they dont accept documents by email, CHC-London they sometime accept documents by email, but again they receive hundreds of emails everyday, they may miss your email.... better topo send them by email and courier the same as well

When did you submit application Farisha?

Because when I applied for husband in Sept 2012 we forgot to include medical (actually were under the assumption that it has to be submitted upon request. And Ottawa requested in Nov 2012 and we submitted within that month.

I submitted my application in July 2013 and since then never got any medical request from Islamabad or London. My application was sent to London in September 2014. I am wondering what they did to my application in Islamabad for one year :P

Please tell me what do you mean by order notes.

Hi Farisha,
Islamabad does nothing with the files,
when they got my file, they did nothing, it took them almost 16 months to send me a response and response was just updated documents and after that quite again.

Here is my time line applied 6th Dec 13, approved and file transfered to London on 23rd Jan 14 :)

And it's a full rukhsti scene however we are living together in Pakistan and it's a Canadian citizen living exclusively outside Canada case.

Wait continues :)

You definitely won't get it back in two weeks. The Islamabad office is probably the laziest and most efficient one that exists! CHC in Islamabad received my husband's passport on November 18 and he still hasn't gotten it back. It's been nearly 5 weeks now and he is still waiting to get it back. We sent an e-mail to the London office on Dec 18 (exactly one month) and my local MP is doing an inquiry on our behalf to find out when he will get the passport back. I wish the Islamabad office would take less chai breaks and actually do the simple tasks that are assigned to them more efficiently and quickly! Very frustrating!

Amen to that!

I think based on going through the forums and talking to people, everyone should mentally prepare themselves for a 2 month waiting period for their passport to come back.

I;m wondering if we should all band together and make a petition to the Pakistan's Consul General’s Office here in Vaughan. That is something they should be able to look at.

Then again we are talking about Pakistan, not sure how seriously they would take anyone

Just wanted to update that I received my GCMS notes today. Generated date is Dec 2, 2014. Eligibility and Criminality are PASSED. One item I wasn't anticipating was that Security status has been changed from "Not Started" to "" i.e. blank. anyone else noticed this!
In notes section, the latest comment from VO reads " Eligibility/B/Crim Passed - Pending Meds Only - Plse extend meds".

I got an email from VO on Nov 21, 2014 asking whether my wife (applicant) visited any other countries, etc. London received my reply on Nov 24, 2014.

So as of dec 2, 2014 (date notes were generated), everything seems to be done except expired meds and the notes don't make mention of any progress on renewing med or my written reply that was received by them on Nov 24.

Insha Allh this last thing would be sorted out by early Jan 2015 and PPR comes through. My timeline is:

Date Applied: Dec 5, 2013
File Transfer: Feb 24, 2014
In Process: Nov 21, 2014
PPR: TBD
