I am appealing a spousal application. I have filed the appeal and have received 2 copies my Appeal Records.
There is a letter on the front of the copies indicating... "By the copy of this letter, I am providing the undernoted with a copy of the Record. Should you have any further evidence that you would like considered in your hearing, send copies of these documents to each of the addresses below, quoting both the file number and the IRB number located on the cover page of your record. Please ensure that your ecidence is filed at least twenty days before the sate of the hearing. The Immigration and Refugee Board will be in contact with you in due course regarding the date of your hearing."
Does this mean this is a full hearing? Not sure if this is standard language.
If not, do I send in additional evidence and documentation to persuade them towards the ADR process at this time?
