Hopefully someone can answer for me. My wife and I live here in Canada. She is Cuban, but has her PR for Canada. Her 29 year old son is still in Cuba. He is not classed as a dependent. Is there any way we can sponsor him to come to Canada?

No. He needs to immigrate on his own merits through Express Entry or a PNP program.

We applied together outside of Canada
She's Ukrainian citizen and I'm Africa living in Ukraine currently in Moldova
But she's already get her passports request and visa approved
