Yeah, we haven't received anything as well... we are anxiously awaiting for the return of the passport.
It took JJ and Zana 8 days, our 8th day is tomorrow. Hope your PPR arrives soon Jorlando!

I am not sure if this question has been answered or not... but does anyone know what postal service company is used by the embassy in Bogota?
Reason why I ask, because my wife works during the day and there will not be anybody to receive the documents/passport and I am also wondering what happens if no one is there to receive the package... does it go to the postal service company? Does it get sent back to the embassy?

Soto, mine were sent with Servientrega. I have no clue of what they do with the package if there is no one to receive it.

JJ,
I appreciate the quick response... I will find out the rest with servientrega.
Soto, you're welcome...which courier did you send it with?
Maybe call the courier company you used, I don't know if they use the one you sent it with. I used servientrega to send mine.

We got a email today asking for an interview. Nov 9th. Any advice on what to expect what to do and what happens after? Do they ask for the passport right there and then or do you go home and wait for a response ?

Hola Jorlando,
We thought that we were going to have an interview with this application, so we started to research and prepare early for it.
We started to gather more and new pictures of us in a seperate binder, copies of tickets that I have visited my wife throughout our application, going over many and many questions that possibly may ask. What I read in forums, is that the officer is questioning of the relationship, which in turn is your guys's responsibility to further prove it's a legitimate relationship. Many interviews are quite different from eachother and from VO's.
There is really nothing to worry about, but is a good idea to always over prepare in my opinion.

Hi guys I got a email today for a interview they requested the additional family information form, background declaration again this is the 3th time the asked for it. And passapor also more prouf of relationship. I am worry about this interview I don't know if this is a good sigh or not and I don't know why they request so many times the background declaration form

Yes. We were asked for all that stuff. We are so worried. When is your interview?
We are gonna start preping. Getting everything ready so that we are all good. Does anyone know if they give the visa there or is it another waiting game after that.

Recibieron mi aplicación el 30 de mayo. Vivo en Canadá pero desde junio 15 estoy aquí en Medellín con mi esposa.

Humblee and Jorlando
There is a forum about the questions: http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/-t12122.0.html
I wish you the best of luck to both of you!
