Would be possible to be sponsorship of spouse and parents for PR simultaneously ? Or between each sponsorship should wait for specific period of time ?

You can do both at the same time if you qualify.

If you are a PR, then for spousal sponsorship you need to be living in Canada.

For parent sponsorship, you need to meet income requirements and be selected through the lottery. All of the details are on the IRCC web site.
