Sponsorship letter

Hiiii,

I would be grateful if someone can tell me in what cases do I need sponsorship letter from my parents. Is it always required? and if their bank documents say that I am a trustee of the account with the free access to all funds, do I still need it?

This is completely my thought process, dont know how far its true or applicable.

Canada asks you to pay your tuition fee upfront, in part or full and along with that expects you to show the GIC or education loan (in India). Now during the education loan, all you parents' documents are already scrutinized (this is considering if they are supporting you for your studies) and also a property is provided as a collateral.
Now Canadian embassy in India would know all this and use it to their advantage and that is why it makes it easier when people apply with education loan/GIC and do not require parents' sponsorship letter.

Again, this is my logical reasoning, maybe someone else has a better answer.

The problem is that my university covers all the tuition, I only need to cover living costs... that is why it does not make sense to take loan since my family has enough money to provide me. I am a trustee of their account and have credit cards issued to it, my bank statement mentions this information for embassy... Plus, I have provided 1 year account movements to show stable income of my family... I think it should be enough, but I got confused since lost of people posted about sponsorship letters..

Ok, then better be safe than sorry, push in a sponsorship letter as well.
