there is usually a specific upload request for the letter of acceptance. If not, and if this alone has been the cause of your rejection, I would suggest making a list of all the documents that need to be attached combine them to a single PDF file and then uploading them to a relevant section...

Finances should be ok, but scores are something that come in the eye. but there have been cases of people getting their visa with lower scores as well. All the best

Just judging from all the responses from everyone, people have had better luck when going through VFS. Although I did it online, I kinda wish I too had chosen VFS-online.
