Sponsorship fees payment

Hi

I have a question regarding paying the fees. I will apply out land while my wife will be staying in Canada, shall I use the IMM 5401 which should be used from within Canada applications as per CIC (while our application is actually from outside) or what is the payment method other than credit card.

And if I can pay online, how I can make an account, I tried to do it but got lost in this part:
Access to Information (ATI)
If you have already submitted an ATI request and an officer has requested that you pay the fee, please pay the ATI fee online here.
To submit a new ATI request and pay the application fee at the same time, please visit the ATIP at CIC website.

Then the information and Privacy act!

Please advise what I have to do exactly to pay online, and If I can pay the whole amount (1040$) and split it in two payments due to credit card limit?

Hi there, it sounds to me like you might not have been on the correct site or link. If you are applying outland then you need to use all forms and documents for an outland application. I believe the only acceptable method of payment is by credit card. You can split the payments and do the RPRF (right of permanent residence fee) after the other ones.

On my credit card if I use my card then make a payment immediately, it frees up the credit card balance right away to use again immediately. So if you can do this then you can send all of your receipts in with your application. If you pay the RPRF up front or before CIC needs to request it, that can save 2-3 months of processing time on your application.

They requested to make an access to information (ATI) account to pay online.

If this is not the right one, please advise which website or link is the right one.

that doesn't look right and i'm not sure where you are even getting that from. are you actually in the section of the website for immigrating to canada and appying for family sponsorship? that's where you have to start. then there is a section in big writing that says "pay the fees".

You have to SELECT the service that you are paying for, which in your case would be IMMIGRATION.

Yes I selected Immigration,then I have to submit a new ATI request as per the website, while going to process this request you have to provide the sponsorship file number which I still don't have!!

Please go through the whole process and you can understand what am talking about.

I really I don't know how to complete this online payment.

I need a real help please.

i just went through it. i think you are either in the wrong place or sorely confused.

go to the link i posted.

what are you paying for? - FAMILY CLASS (SPOUSE, COMMONLAW, DEPENDANT, OTUSIDE OF CANADA)
(hit go)
scroll half way down, click PAY MY FEES ONLINE
click continue
check the box that says you've read the terms and conditions
click continue
click IMMIGRATION
click FAMILY CLASS
once you do that, it will bring you to a page where you can choose the fees you want to pay and submit payment information.
