I included my partners other name. She goes by a short version of her name.

Put na in every box on sheet 2 as it could be returned. Just show them you've read the info and addresses the fact it isnt applicable to you.
The question about your commonlaw/spouse on page 2 is different. Its if you already have one and are sponsoring someone else.

So then if you enter in your nickname for yourself in one form, then you would have to enter in both names for Given Name(s) on every form. Correct?
I'm not sure. We just put it on the sponsor form under other names known by. For everything we used the regular full name. We included it to show that all correspondance to her is in that name.msingh2013 said:

Supervisa requires proof of earned income not salary. Are you sure you qualify? Does your wife’s NOA from 2020 meet LICO?
