Sponsorship application in New Delhi

Hi,

I have Canadian sponsorship application for my husband on July 31, 2013. After a month, it got approved from Missassauga and sent it to New Delhi office. Then on Sep 12, 2013 Delhi High Commission asked to submit my husband's passport which has been sent on Sep 16, 2013. After 7 weeks of waiting time, on Nov. 07, 2013, my husband receive his just passport back without any stamp or decision letter attached to it.

I really got confused what is that mean? Please advise.

Check your email to make sure u didn't miss something. Check spam folder also. Order gcms notes to see if anything in there. What does ecas status say??

Seems strange they would just send passport back without a note saying why

Did you check the validity and pages available in the passport. It should be valid atleast by year or so. and ne complete page should be available.
