Can my WIFE sponsor me even though she just divorced her EX-husband 2 months ago? They lived separately for 14 months before they filed for divorced. We got married after divorced was done. She came to the USA to get married to me.

does she have any undertaking still in process? if not, I don't see any reason why she cannot sponsor you as long as her divorce is legally finalized.

If she sponsored her ex-husband her undertaking ends 3 years after the date when he became a PR, which would be the date when she could sponsor again.
