Hi, I need some help...Is my brother in law (canadian Citizen) or my sister ( PR) can sponsor me under Family class? Im 29 yrs old and working in a private company...I was applying a TRV this year but got denied my application.....what to do about the Family class sponsorship?...thnx and God bless.

Since your sister is married, she cannot sponsor you.

To be able to sponsor you, she would have to be single with no children, both parents deceased, and have no other relative in Canada.
 
And even with the sister being married restriction your brother in law could not sposnor as he is not a blood relative

See if you qualify for an economic stream

Try getting a skill or trade that Canada needs, improve your English, and apply through express entry. It's a great way to get PR, because it takes about 6 months to get PR, your spouse and children would all get PR the same time as you, even if they're not skilled workers themselves or know any English.
