Hi Guyz...

I have some questions regarding visitor visa. I want to sponsor my parents from india to canada on visitor visa not supervisa. For visitor visa, do we still have to show our income/money who is inviting or only my parents in india has to show the money?

Please reply fast... your help will be greatly appreciated

It is good for you (the person inviting them) to also show some proof of funds e.g. bank balance with any savings, your T4 from 2013 which you should have received by now(if employed). An invitation letter is also needed and if you will be providing accomodation, food, transport when they are in Canada, mention in the letter.

Your parents should show proof of funds and strong ties to their home country e.g. employment letter, ownership of businesses, land, properties, etc. If you can, also get them travel insurance and include with the application.

Do you if there is specific cut off for income for person who is sponsoring. I tried to find out on website does not really have much info on visitor visa but they have specific income cut off for supervise

No, there is no specific income cut off for visitor visa. Just provide proof of whatever amount you have in your account or any investments.
