hello everyone i have a question and hopefully somebody can help me - i will sponsor my mom and her common law partner in 2017 january! can we send with application form police certificate and medical so everything happens faster? or they will ask again! because my understanding police certificate and medical is good for 2 years.

PCC and Med won't help the processing speed of Sponsorship at all. If you insist to do it upfront, I would suggest at least wait until you hear from CIC that your Sponsorship is approved.

Can anyone tell me what this status means?

Sponsorship Application Status : Decision made
1. We received your application to sponsor name on January 2, 2015.
2. We started processing your application on April 9, 2016.

Permanent Residence Application Status : In process
1. We received name application for permanent residence on January 2, 2015.
2. We started processing name application on June 13, 2016.
3. Medical results have been received.

Is there any much detailed information we can get if we link the application to an online account?

Please help me with the following questions:

1. My father will be Principal Applicant so do i have fill 2 Form 1344 E (1 for mother & 1 for father), because it talks abt principal applicant only. so i was wondering about my mother info to go on a separate form or no.

2. Form 5406 Additional family info - Do we have to write all the names in out native language also, if yes should it be in the same form in brackets or we have separate form 5406 with all natives names? in this case, one form will have all in english and other will be all in native langauge?

3 Form 5669 E - abt writing name in native language - Can we hand write our name in native languauge?

They are in India. It took two weeks to return passport from Embassy.

Review of medical results Passed . They asked for PC, Schedule A, Travel History and Landing Fee. I have already submitted documents to NVDO

I would like to know how long it takes for your social service check?
Our file is still pending at CIC Mississauga office since no result was received from Markham office for the SS check and it's been 6 months.

Its very tricky to day exact timelines but for me it stayed in that status for about 5.5months. I would highly suggest approaching MP's, I have a feeling that he pushed somewhat and they picked up the file and approved it.

same here...submitted ME & paid fees in two and a half months ago, still nothing...

I am still waiting for PRR, my file is at Ottawa. Unfortunately I am not able to link my application. My Ecas shows Medical Results Received (status was changed on 25th August, though we got medical done on 20th August and submitted PCC on 31st August.)
