In a PPR email/mail, LVO normally address this issue. Here is a section of our PPR email sent by Singapore-LVO:davidkaren said:We filed for my parents in 2015 and we recently heard back file has been moved to Delhi. My parents are here with me on Super Visa.
If their Passport Request comes and if they are in Canada do they need to go back to India for stamping?
Can we request New Delhi if we can submit passport here in Canada for stamping?
Please advice.
