To see this CIC simply needs to look at question no. 7 and question no. 9. They don't need to check question no. 15 to verify LICO+30% requirement. I am giving you two other reasons why CIC won't use question no. 15 to verify your minimum income requirement.Rossei said:CIC wants to see your income has been constantly meeting LICO+30% for whole family size (your present family + sponsored parents) for last 3 taxation years (2011, 2012 & 2013).

(ii) In question 15, I created 3 rows (2 employers 3 different time periods) for 2012 taxation years. Do you think CIC has time to use a calculator to calculate my 2012 income by adding these three rows and then see whether I meet LICO + 30% requirement ?
I am confused because different people are giving different opinions about this question. For instance,

Also i am not sure what i should put in the "Family size" field in Q15 and Q19 (i believe i shouldn't not include my mom in the count... right? )
Thank you
