Sponsoring my spouse which is a single mother

Hello, i would like to know some details on how to sponsor my wife... I am a PR here in canada, we had a relationship for 3 years now and i recently visited the philippines to get married last feb. 2015... Our relationship started january 2013 and i went here at canada last jan. 2014
#1. My wife is a single mother, she has a daughter which the father is unknown in the child's birth cert. ... should i declare the child as my dependant? Or should my wife be the one declaring it because technically the child is not mine but i still want the child to go here at canada
#2. Can i apply my wife only and she's gonna be the one who will apply for her daughter?
#3. If they will come here at the same time, i read about the minimum income for one person is around 23,861$ which is only my bracket... Is it possible for me to be approved with my wife and her daughter is comming at the same time ?

Top question: how will i apply them... Thanks...

1. No you cannot. Her daughter must be included on your wife's application as "her" dependent.
2. No, her daughter MUST be declared on her application or else she will forever be excluded from sponsorship under the Family Class.
3. There is no minimum income for spousal sponsorship. I don't know how that applies to the included dependents.

Thank you truesmile, just what i thought...
One last question about question number two... What i meant was if she chooses "not accompanying" for her daughter, would it still be possible for the child to go here in canada ? I mean if she wanted to leave the child temporarily in order for her to work and sponsor the child by herself in the future... Is it possible? And will that be a family class sponsorship? And redo the process all over again... Thanks

As long as her daughter is listed as non-accompanying and that she has been examined by a CIC designated doctor, your wife can land by herself. Your wife can then start the paperwork to sponsor her daughter for PR so long as her daughter is 18 years or younger.
