Again - your question makes zero sense. If you are asking about the Express Entry draws, then all of the draw information can be easily found on the CIC web site and you should go there for full details. Draw 15 would have happened sometime last year - so I'm not sure why you are asking about it now. Also, you will have to move to the Express Entry section of the forum and stop asking your questions here.

If you are not asking about the Express Entry draws, then you need to provide a lot more information to explain what you are asking about. Saying the same thing over and over again is pointless.

milkaela, you have limited options to sponsor an adult brother under the federal system. It is only if you have no other relative in Canada and you are not married and also do not have parents alive or other relatives anywhere that you would qualify to sponsor.

How does this make any sense? My parents are above 65 and pretty much refuse to leave because they don't want the upheaval. I'd love to have my brother over here and financially I am quite well off, would not be a problem but also he is working remotely so he could support himself partially immediately. I am in British Columbia.

I know it sucks but CIC priorities parents / grandparents over siblings. I rather swap sibling sponsorship for parent sponsorship. At least siblings have a better chance at integrating / contributing to Canada than parents.

Did you read the earlier posts in this thread? It's already fully explained there.

To qualify to be a sponsor the sister in Canada would need to be:

- unmarried / no common law partner
- no children
- both parents deceased
- no family members in Canada (i.e. no siblings, aunts, uncles, etc.)

The sister in Canada is married - and therefore doesn't qualify to sponsor.

If she already has a sibling in Canada then she doesn't qualify to sponsor. Once again, she needs to meet ALL of the requirements I've listed above to qualify.

The sister needs to apply for PR through an economic immigration stream like Express Entry or one of the Provincial Nominee Programs.
