Wow that’s a long time, maybe go online and order GCMS notes to see what’s up with your file and what’s going on with it. Have you been calling IRCC on a weekly basis to check on any updated status of any sorts.

Is this inland or Outland application ?

I said this to you from last September to order GCMS notes, your lawyer obviously not doing a good job to have you just sitting two years without any communication at all.

It is Outland. And no I haven't been calling them weekly but I will be calling IRCC today . And yes he is not a good Immigration Lawyer at all

Yeah, regardless of Outland or Inland, that is just utter negligence. I know this because I had an immigration consultant who lied to me for 3 years, telling me he submitted my inland application when he didn’t, and I kept getting calls to attend interviews for removal orders. He kept telling me not to worry, that the application was almost approved, but all this time he didn’t submit anything.

I just checked a form a sign back in August and it was the GCMS form . And I just tcheck the tracker and no update haven't been made on it by the IRCC from May 2024 . I called the number but the await line is full so I will call them back

Well what did the notes say, what’s happening with tracker you need to get more info because this is abnormal!
