Hello There,

My husband and Myself having work permits here. I am a house wife and would like to sponsor my mother. Having work permits, is it possible to sponsor my mother ? Also, the name of my mother in my passport is different from the name on my mother's passport as her name was changed after marriage. A Notary has been made that her name was changed after marriage. Whether this notary would be sufficient ?

Any suggestion would be much appreciated for the 2 questions.

Thanks a lot

There is nothing stopping her from applying for a TRV (visitor visa) and you can support the application with copies of your work permits.
