Sorry... I just realized something. I have been on this forum long enough to know they never give the visa other than the Wednesday! And how is it possible they interviewed you ??? They don't allow people in unless they have an appointment. Am I missing something?

yes its every wednesday only wednesdays which is odd.....u see guys wow dont get wrong im so happy for others that get their visas ...however its so hard for others wow u have to go through backflips ...this depresses me big time!!!!!!!!!!!!

they called monday as a tease and told my husband to fax the certificat de selection de quebec ...he does it thinking that the agent will call him right away for his visa nothing the whole week ......what the ???????????

what am i supposed to do now guys tell me call my deputy email them (which we already did just confirm that they received the fax) of course no reply.........what am i supposed to do?? any advice guys


im really depressed and fed up ....

Hello everyone!!!

i fully understand and i asked my husband about the visa. He said yes they only give it on wednesday.... i dont know but it is on my husband passport the visa but they didnt put his picture and they gave him 2 copies for the PR and thats it...

I was shocked because of our situation but Thank God we got it!! i guess she saw our relationship and on the french forum someone got it in 7 month and she canadian the sponsor... i don't know what they see :S

Stay strong everyone and i will always come back because this forum help me a lot but now im chilling in Morroco hehe but still i hope everyone will be reunited with their loved one!!!

That's just crazy. When is the last time you actually received some kind of concrete update? Are you still stuck in background checks? Have you ever considered a writ of mandamus?

well noyone has answered me on my issue .....guys i really need help i dont know what to do ....like wait this week then maybe contact my deputy or wait or call my lawyer? dont forget last monday they called and specifically sd when we will receive your fax of the certificate of selection fromn quebec which expires 2013 we will call you for appointment to pick up your visa.......please guys opinions needed here.....its been a week and nothing mind you we emailed as well to confirm receival of the fax and nothing as well.....

I wish I could say something useful vjamal, something to help you. We are all in the same dark pit here in a different way.

I feel angry and disappointed with myself. I practiced the testimony yesterday with my legal counsel for more than 3 hours and it went so fine. Today we practiced for more than 2 hours and I was lousy at answering the questions. I did not use the right words, sometimes I could not find the right wording, sometimes I gave wrong answers and sometimes I had blanks. English is not my first language! Besides, we have a long history of 4 years with many challenges and so much history! It is hard to remember all the details. I woke up this morning screaming (bad dreams) and my throat hurts as my immune system is getting low. I am getting more and more edgy as I see the clock ticking... 10 days left.

I don't know who you mean by "deputy". Perhaps your MP? Yes, contact the MP and your lawyer. It can't hurt.

Hi vjamal...

I would suggest contacting your MP and having them do an inquiry. I did this and we were able to find out that they had received the papers they needed and we were just waiting for the final review. They were also able to tell us that the physical file was on the VO's desk. Maybe they will be able to tell you that for sure they received the paper they requested from you and were the file is so you can be sure it is moving along as it should. ?? I don't know.

You mentioned you had a lawyer... could the lawyer not find out if they had the paper??

Sorry I can't be more help. I know what it is like to just be sitting waiting... wondering when you are going to hear something. I really hope you will hear from them this week.

Thank you Dair! Today I am a bit better. Things/details are coming back to me and I have a clearer picture of all the pieces. Thank you for the encouragement and thank you to you too vjamal! My boss told me it would not be normal not to feel anxiety or nervousness. It is better I break down now instead of breaking down in the court lol 10 days left...
