Wow so the 20K EOIs can mean over 20K applications. Wonder if the will enforce the 20K applications. Think many had assumed they were safe if under 20k in the EOI FIFO.

The amount of people actually submitting multiple apps is likely negligible.

Your mom cannot sponsor him while she herself is the subject of an undertaking of support, I believe.

I saw immigration docs for a person who sponsored his spouse while being under sponsorship himself (I do not know if she was listed as unaccompanying before or he married her after he became in PR), but he was listed as her sponsor in her COPR and her sponsorship period was only 3 years and ended before his (10 years). Total nonsense and manipulation of the system, from my point of view, but I saw their documents.
