I'am 28 years old male living outside Canada and I have aunt who lives in Montreal, QC. She do not have a living spouse or common-law partner, conjugal partner, a son or daughter, father, mother, grandparent, brother, sister, uncle, aunt, nephew or niece, who is a Canadian citizen or a permanent resident, or any relative or family member.

So the question is: Can she sponsor me?

You may sponsor one relative, related by blood or adoption, of any age if you meet all of the conditions, including:

• you don't have a living relative you could sponsor instead, such as a:
  • spouse
  • common-law partner
  • conjugal partner
  • son or daughter
  • parent
  • grandparent
  • brother or sister
  • uncle or aunt
  • nephew or niece
• you don’t have any of the above-named relatives who is:
  • a Canadian citizen
  • a permanent resident
  • registered Indian under the Indian Act

In that case yes, she can sponsor you as an "other" relative.

She would just need to make sure she doesn't get married or enter into a common-law relationship, at anytime while your app is processing. This would make her immediately ineligible.

I'm a little confused because, as I know in the province of Quebec, there are a few other rules for this kind of immigration.
According to QC web site information QC resident can't sponsor adult relatives except parents or grandparents.

It should be fine, as the program is run at the federal level. Quebec is basically only responsible for the financial/undertaking portion of the PR app.

Sponsors living in Quebec
The province of Quebec is responsible for determining whether sponsors living in the province have the financial ability to sponsor family members and the length of the undertaking.

Sponsors living in Quebec must only submit the Application to Sponsor, Sponsorship Agreement and Undertaking (IMM 1344), the Generic Application Form for Canada (IMM 0008) and provide the required documents. To determine if you have the financial ability to meet Quebec’s sponsorship requirements consult MIDI’s Financial capacity evaluation webpage.

If the federal eligibility requirements are met, the Case Processing Centre in Mississauga (CPC-M) will send the sponsor a letter with instructions to download the MIDI undertaking kit, then to complete and submit it to the MIDI with a copy of the letter from CPC-M.
