hello,
i am a father of two twins born in december 1999 from the first wife , i have been sponsored by my second wife, we now live in Quebec .I had my permanent resident card in january 2017.
i'll be very grateful if you answer my questions :
-can i sponsor my 2 kids ?
if so ,
- do I have to prove my financial capacity ?
-If i have to , can my second wife prove her finacial capacity instead of me ?
- do i have to make 2 seperate requests of sponsorship since i have 2 kids or do i have to put them in one document ?
- is it okay if they become 19 years old during the process ? ( after giving the requests )
- how much are the fees ?
- how long does it take for them to tell you if you are accepted or not ?

1. Yes, you can sponsor them.

2. There is no minimum income requirement but you need to prove you can support them.

3. If you are supported by your spouse, you can show that.

4. They will each need their own applicant forms but I believe you can just submit one set of sponsor forms/documents and send everything together in the same package.

5. It's fine if they turn 19 after the app is submitted. The dependent age is increasing in October anyways.

6. Fees are listed on the website.

7. Expect the app to take about a year.

I will soon file my sponsorship application to sponsor my two children, I do not understand what fee I have to pay for the sponsorship application, i found that there was fees of Canada and fees of Quebec
do i have to pay those of Canada and then those of quebec ?
or do i have to pay only those of quebec since i live in there ?
