In application Sponsored spouse/partner questionnaire number 25.. "have you visited your sponsor during the period of your relationship?"
Can you give me an idea in answering this question? I'm now in the philippines and just fill up this application form.

The forms can be overwhelming I know.

Simply put have you traveled to see spouse? If yes YOU have traveled then you provide them with the dates, copies of boarding passes, stamps in your passport, etc, for each time YOU have traveled to see your spouse.

If you haven't, for example because of not being able to get a tourist visa, etc, then you write a little explanation of why you haven't

For example "i was unable to travel to see my husband/wife during our relationship because I could not get a visitors visa to go to Canada..." Just as a sample of what you could say. Just be honest and tell them the truth. It won't hurt you if you have a reason behind your circumstances.

In attaching photos for evidence/proof . is it OK if I print some of the photo? is it necessary to put a label in each photo?

Definitely include photos. Our representative put together a book with pictures of our relationship progression to prsent day. Pictures arranged 3 to a page with a who, when, where caption next to each photo. It looked great!
