My wife is under student status right now. she had drop from college before few months because i applied for her PR as sponsored spouse under family class. I recently got AOR. now i am willing to apply for her open work permit. her study permit is still vaild till sept 2025. but she is not studying anymore. how do i submit her work permit application.
If if click her status as student it just says you can work for 20 hrs off campus. but i want to apply for open work permit. should i select her status as visitor instead of student for proceed for work permit option. any information about this will be appreciated. Thank you.
