Hello every one , I'm new this site...still learning about posting comment
So I got married 3month ago with native canadian inside Canada ..I'm a forenor worker here so my husband going to sponsore me but as my husband told me many years ago he was charged my police while he was making weed hash oil for smoke weed thaswhy he got criminal record so I am but worried if I submit my document for still immirigation will approve or they will reject my application cause of my husband criminal record? Plz plz if some one know the ryt answer advice me plz .. Regards

The worst they could do is deem your husband "ineligible" to be a sponsor. This would happen before they really even look at your part of the application. Since it was not a violent crime, I don't think that they will make that determination.

Email the cic office and ask that question.
I'm not sure how it works but I believe if he was pardoned, it is not an issue.
He could not sponsor you if he was in jail

Thank you very much but he was not in jail just got ticket and finger print but some of ppl saying if for sponsore wife inside Canada is doesn't effect yours smoke weed criminal records for citizen ppl but I am worried about hole year I wait to get approv my visa and end of they denied it will be very bad ...soo I m reAly thinkin lot about this matter ...regards

How many years ago did this happen ?.No one can be 100% sure what will happen. If it was me as the sponsor i would obtain my police record and see what it contains first . Nothing might even be on it . Better than waiting for sponsorship then he gets denied . I don't think it it going to make any difference as you are the applicant and has a clean record.

Even though I know there is canada pardon , if I pay there won't be any issue but due to we both runing financial crashes I couldn't able to pay ryt now ..regards
