If i got your correctly.......you have already sent your sponsorship application package to IRCC.Yes Birth certificate issued in Nepal and yes it was registered late.
Based on the Country specific requirements for Nepal when birth is registered late........in addition to the birth certificate.......you need to also provide original baptism certificate and other original documents establishing identity such as:
- Old school records (Fifth class, Middle standard and Matriculation/secondary school certificate), and
- Voter's ID card.
- Birth Certificate
- Baptism Certificate (if not available.....provide explanation for not having Baptismal Certificate.......e.g. explain that you are not a Christian and could not be baptized due to your religion, maybe provide evidence of your religion, provide any reason).
- other original documents establishing identity such as;
- Old school records (Fifth class, Middle standard and Matriculation/secondary school certificate), and
- Voter's ID card
IRCC may not return your application........but these documents are listed in the country specific requirements for Nepal.......to avoid delays and any unexpected return of your application package........will advice to consider sending the documents and any explanation to IRCC.
It take IRCC around 6 to 8 weeks to send acknowledgement of receipt (AOR) for a complete sponsorship application package.
If i may ask.......when did you apply ?
