Sponsor visa solution after medical school pass

If i got your correctly.......you have already sent your sponsorship application package to IRCC.

Based on the Country specific requirements for Nepal when birth is registered late........in addition to the birth certificate.......you need to also provide original baptism certificate and other original documents establishing identity such as:
  • Old school records (Fifth class, Middle standard and Matriculation/secondary school certificate), and
  • Voter's ID card.
Will advice you provide;
  1. Birth Certificate
  2. Baptism Certificate (if not available.....provide explanation for not having Baptismal Certificate.......e.g. explain that you are not a Christian and could not be baptized due to your religion, maybe provide evidence of your religion, provide any reason).
  3. other original documents establishing identity such as;
  • Old school records (Fifth class, Middle standard and Matriculation/secondary school certificate), and
  • Voter's ID card
For the other original documents establishing identity if you don't have Voter's ID card.......you could provide any other document that establishes your identity.

IRCC may not return your application........but these documents are listed in the country specific requirements for Nepal.......to avoid delays and any unexpected return of your application package........will advice to consider sending the documents and any explanation to IRCC.

It take IRCC around 6 to 8 weeks to send acknowledgement of receipt (AOR) for a complete sponsorship application package.

I applied 7 months back and birth certificate and police report were submitted in last November. How could I send them the reason for not providing those documents now?

If you need to send any documents or explanation to IRCC.....you could send through IRCC webform to the VO processing your application.

If you submitted your application 7 months ago......and IRCC only asked for birth certificate......then i guess they are okay with your birth certificate.......however, IRCC may or may not request for those documents after the final review before request for passport..........since you were not asked for those documents........so my question for you......do you have those additional documents ?

I RCC asked for all 3 documents but because of my misunderstanding I sent only birth certificate. Yes I do have other documents with me.

IRCC may request for those documents after the final review before request for passport........will advice that you send the documents to IRCC to avoid any later delays..........documents could be sent to the VO processing your application through IRCC webform.

How do I send by VO, can you guide me? And what do I write because without any reason I didn’t send those documents before

send a copy the documents to VO through IRCC webform........link below

1.) Click on the button "Tell us more"
2.) Have you submitted an application for:.......Select "YES"
3.) is your application been processed Outside Canada ........Select "YES" (if VO is outside Canada).
4.) Select the VO from drop down list
5.) Click on the button "Go to Web Form"
6.) fill the other info and do as required.........to submit copy of the documents
 
Can I send it after 7 months of gap now? Does it work? I should have sent then or I can send after they ask again! What to do?

IRCC may request for those documents after the final review before request for passport........will advice that you send the documents to IRCC to avoid any delays later......if they ask for documents later, they usually give 30 days deadline to submit documents.......and your file delayed for 30 days.

You have the documents.........will advice you send them to VO.........its your decision.....send then now or wait until ask again.....you decide.
