If something is not quite right in the forms, but all the information is there, the visa officer should be able to figure it out. This kind of situation is common in the Philippines.
I would expect the visa officer to be questioning her about when exactly you started living together. Make sure she is clear that it was in Feb. 2012.
Yes canadianwoman, she was admit that she still married but she write the explanation for visa officer that her annulment is on process. On last July 2015 she got receive a AOR2 from CEM and she have a additional requirements such as a her Status of Annulment Case and medical examination, but she already submit the all requirements and CEM receive last July 27,2015. From now her status the application is IN PROCESS they receive our application on March 2015, they started processing on June 2015, and medical result have been receive. But she still waiting for PPR. What will be next to her application?
