For a Canadian Citizen, if he is married and currently living outside of Canada and married from outside of Canada and would like to sponsor his wife. How could he provide evidence of his intention to live in Canada after his wife gets her PR. another note : he had a child with another women from a one night stand in the same country he is currently living in. he pays child financial support but is not actively involved in his son’s life. How to proof that he will not stay there because he has a son?
