I am a sole proprietor and i was working for different employers (contracts) but now i am not working for any employer for last 2 months.Currently I am looking for a new contract. What should i write in the form below for question 6.

6. employed? yes or no(in case of sole proprietorship-currently i am not having contract with any employer)

7. for last 5 years employment details - i was studying 2 years in last 5 years and was working as a sole proprietor for 6 months and was working in india prior to coming to canada..

what should write in case of sole proprietorship..(I was working for different employers)

Also, what do I need to include for the check list question 18 . What are the documents can I include in my case. Also do I need to include any documents for question 19 in case of spousal application? Please guide me
