I am PR resident of canada. I want my parents to get PR as well. I look the PGP program for parents to get their PR. I have to sponsor my parents for the application for 20 years. So if I sponsor my parents I can’t sponsor my spouse after wards ? right? I am not married right now, but later on if i got a spouse and i want to sponsor her later am I eligible to sponsor her as well? Or I cannot sponsor her later?

No, that's not how it works. You can sponsor both. However note that IRCC is drawing parent sponsorships out of the 2020 pool so if you're not in that youre out of luck for this year.
