Hello

Sponsor has a low income and I am scared I might be denied if in case I'll continue to submit my application? Any thoughts about this please. Do i have to continue my application or not? :-\

There is no income requirements to sponsor a spouse, but make sure your not in welfare.

worried about the same thing. Though the sponsorship will not be denied because of this, but will the applicant successfully get approved?

Well, I know you can have low income and still get approved. But, I've also read of people who had to send in extra documents showing their financial status due to low incomes. There was someone in a very similar financial situation as us, but we got through immigration with no problem, whereas they took 19 months due to document requests. Same countries even.

So, cover your bases and prove how you can support yourself without welfare.

One more thing, my 2 dependent child is living outside Canada, do I have to include them at the form IMM 008EN or at the IMM 008DEP? I am applying inland.
