Finally have an interview date, anyone know typically what happens at the interview and when a decision is made ? pr ? arrival in canada ? etc..

Well, one thing at a time. Concentrate on the interview first. They likely have concern on your application or the relationship to call for an interview.

Once you are approved, then that would be decision made and PPR etc. They could also do additional background check after.

Best case very quickly, worst case is refusal.

I think there is an Income requirement, as IRCC is throwing all the files in the dustbin that don't have a CANADIAN JOB. After 1.5 years still no Sponsor Approval.
