Sponsor Checklist Item 23

Hi all,

Our application is finally finished!!! There is just one last thing that I am unsure about. Item 23 on the sponsor checklist asks for "Children Information - see immigrant's guide". For the China guide and checklist, it asks for "Children's Status and Education Documents". We just received our son's proof of Canadian citizenship certificate and have applied for his passport. The China guide and checklist mention about children over the age of 16 (marital status) and children over 22. So, do I check item 23 on the sponsor checklist and include copies of his citizenship certificate? Our son is only 5 months old, so no education documents etc...

Please help, as once we know what to do we can call UPS and send it to Canada

That applies to children being sponsored. Obviously, your son isn't. So just put N/A on the list.

Agreed. It is only if you are sponsoring your child(ren).
