Sponsor cannot create account in PR Tracker

I, sponsor, cannot create account on pr tracker, https://ircc-tracker-suivi.apps.cic.gc.ca/en. My UCI has only 8 digits. I tried to include hyphen, add 00, different browswers but nothing work,
However, PA could create account on pr tracker, so I think the file is already in the system.

Has anyone had a similar issue?

How was PA was able to create account in tracker ?

I am sponsor and we just received AOR ( today morning ) , is there a wait time ?

You'll need PA's UCI which is not in AOR. Can you call IRCC to ask or if you can link with GCKEY, you'll have it, then you can create account in tracker.

You don't need PR Tracker as a sponsor, you need to register using the PA UCI you will get with biometrics instructions letter or medical letter.

However, if you register in GCKey with your sponsor UCI, you might see PA UCI there if they linked it (it was the case for mine so I was able to register for PA PR Tracker before we got the letters).
