You are not required to have anything on the back of the photos for inland. That is NOT the correct form to follow when submitting a sponsorship app. That is for people who are applying for their PR card, i.e. a renewal or they never received an initial card.
The guides and checklists specify what, if anything, should go on the photos; some VOs ask for the photos to be blank, some ask for name, dates etc. There is nothing required to be on the back of the photos for inland.
