Sponsor address history

What kind of stay dose "address history" have to include? Is it the history of addresses where an individual has resided for more than 6 months or longer? I understand that this is primarily because individuals who reside in a country for more than 6 months are required to provide a certificate of no criminal record.

Is it okay to not include the address for a 2-3 month vacation back to home country when I only stay there temporarily? For my EE application, I did not include the address where I stayed for 2 months.

Now as a sponsor for my spouse, should I include the address of my temporary return to home country? (The address of my temporary return was not included in my EE application.) Will this result in misrepresentation?

As for the reason I wanted to include it, it's because my addresses while I was in home country were all the same as my spouse's, and they were all the times when I went to visit my spouse. If I didn't include it, then my previous several visits to see my spouse wouldn't be reflected in my address history. But I was worried that including it would not match my address history with EE. (Only talking about addresses that staying less than 6 months)

Thank you guys in advance.

Sure. I'd just include a short letter of explanation that when doing your EE, you did not include addresses of less than two months as being just for vacation.

And always the way I interpreted these things too, to the extent it ever came up.

So you think it’s better to include those visiting time right? My 5532 form has listed many visits I return to home country for her and our love story specifically tells what we did during my visits for her.

What about PA’s personal history? What kind of activities that PA has to mention? Any thing that’s over 14 days? Thanks

i think you don’t have to mention your vacation address in your “address history”, provide exactly same as your EE profile

in my understanding, you should only mention your residential address over the time, like you can travel and visit anywhere but you’re residing at that address

you can provide other evidence to show that you’re visiting her
