No - there is no such process and no special permissions available.

Do you REALLY want to take that chance?

What circumstances would you offer to CIC as an H&C defence to you not meeting the residency obligations?

I will show them my job resignation , clearance from ex country , house selling , etc . Cause we are moving for good but thats what the time allow us ,

When we landed we were without any sufficient fund to survive in canada , and we will move we will be , and independent from relying on the tax payers to feed us , which is better de pendent PR or independent one who can really be useful to society , that what i will tell him

Unfortunately financial reasons are rarely accepted for H&C.

They won't do it for anyone else, so they won't do it for you. Return before you run out of time.

Since you still have a valid PR card, most likely they will just let you in. But then again, there is NO guarantee, and there have been cases where valid PR card holders were reported at port of entry.

If they do not report you (I heard that they may still say all sort of things, lecture you real hard, even say that you have lost your PR card because you have breached the residence requirements, etc, but if you don't get reported, your PR is not lost), then do not leave Canada even once for 731 days, and do not renew your PR card.

If they report you (that is, if they say your PR has been revoked and you have 30 days to appeal, or something similar to that), then your PR is in the process of being revoked, and you have 30 days to appeal.

Unfortunately they do not care much whether you have come back to stay for good if it's too late and you do not meet the residency requirements. They also don't care much about your financial situation. They may say that if you were not ready to move to Canada, why did you apply for your immigration.

However, it's also quite possible that they don't really care to report you as it's extra work for them. They may give you a stern talking to, tell you that you do not meet the residency requirements, that you have lost your PR etc. Just be apologetic and agree. If they let you in without reporting you, whatever they said is unimportant because you can stay for 730 days + and then apply to renew your PR card as you will meet the residency requirements again and they will not be able to refuse. During the 730 days, you should not apply for anything from immigration, do not apply to renew your PR card early, do not apply to sponsor family and do not leave.

If they do report you, you will have to appeal for your PR and your reasons of not having had money etc. will not go very far and you will probably lose the appeal.

I again suggest you do not take chances or atleast one of you should get back to Canada this month, if you want to keep the Canadian residency. The Canadian laws are getting tougher after each day past, you never know what look probability today would turn to no possibility by next year. See my recommendation to you in another post:
