SP for January 2023 gather here....

Let me tell everyone not to lose hope..if u gather document and present ur files precisely u will definately get the study permit.
Profile of my brother. 32 years old mature.married applicant.completed bachelors in civil eng in 2012..showed continuous work experience .lives in middleeast though filed the application from home country.intended course is Meng from western university.
Mom,dad super visa holder past 3years ..eldest sister canadian citizen last 6 years and youngest sister also visitor visa holder currently pursuing bachelor in home country...

Guys if u can present ur case wisely nothing can stop u from getting the study permit.

i have pretty similar case and my application was rejected with following reasons:
• You have significant family ties in Canada.
• The purpose of your visit to Canada is not consistent with a temporary stay given the details you have provided in your application.

my intake is jan 2023 and i am still waiting for gcms notes for last 2 months.
 
one of timeline from local group,
SDS file from India
Application Date: 1st sep.
Biom. Date: 6 Sep.
Medical Date: 13 Oct
Rejection Date: 25 Oct.
 
Just received my PPR. SDS from India.

Timeline:

Upfront Medical - 4th July.
Submitted Application - 2th September.
Biometrics Collection Letter - 3rd September.
Biometrics Updated - 6th September.
Medical Passed - 14th October.
BVL + PPR - 26th October, 1AM.

Documents Submitted:

1. Bachelor's Degree + Transcripts + No Backlogs Letter (I didn't submit my high school certificates).
2. Proof Of Funds - GIC + First Year Tuition Fee Receipt+ Education Loan Sanction Letter + Savings A/C Certificate (no bank statements because my counsellor from IDP told me they weren't necessary) + Father's Salary Receipts + Mother's Fixed Deposit Certificate.
3. SOP + Recommendation Letter From Professors + Gap Explanation Letter.

Hello guys,
I received an email that your application status changed after Biometrics. My immigration consultant has login I’d and password and he is out of town. How do I access my account? What do you guys think on application status? Below are my timeline:

Applied for student visa Non-SDS: August 31,2022
Biometrics : previously on file
Medical: Sep 6, 2022
Received an email on Oct 18 for Biometrics
Biometrics completed Oct 21
Application Status change: Oct 25

when I call into find detail, call is getting transferred to an Agent..

please help..

Congratulations!!! Mine is also SDS applied on September 5th from India and medical update on Oct 17. Which VO processed your application?
