Does your spouse have a job and are they working?

Spouse had Co-op work permit and started working since May and will be continuing that job. She will be finishing the co-op by 20 August and then apply for PGWP.

I also received a refusal with the same 5 points as you did. Note that I applied from the UAE, where I have been working for the past 2 years, and I have Indian nationality. I am planning to reapply from India now. However, after seeing your refusal, I am worried whether it will work or not.

So what were reasons for refusal? What school? How much in funds did you show? Why didn’t you apply together? Did spouse say you were not accompanying? IRCC is refused those who say they plan to come to Canada as non-accompanying now, and then spouse or child applies a couple months later. Should have applied at same time.

1.Refused with below mentioned reasons:-
. I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as required by paragraph 200(1)(b) of the IRPR (https://laws.justice.gc.ca/eng/regulations/SOR-2002-227/section-200.html). I am refusing your application because you have not established that you will leave Canada, based on the following factors:
• You do not have significant family ties outside Canada.
• The purpose of your visit to Canada is not consistent with a temporary stay given the details you have provided in your application.
• Your current employment situation does not show that you are financially established in your country of residence.
• Your immigration status outside your country of nationality or habitual residence.
• I am not satisfied that you have sufficient funds, including income or assets, to carry out your stated purpose in coming to Canada or to maintain yourself while in Canada and to effect your departure.

2.14,00,000INR(22,500CAD) - 50% in FB & 50% in Savings.
3. Why didn’t you apply together? - Since I have ongoing projects in UAE, that's the reason I delayed the application.

We married recently, But we were classmates and in the relationship for almost more than 7 years.

Funds - Needed to show $27k at a minimum plus tuition so way too low.
Ties to return - you don’t live in country of citizenship so need to show ties to return, and you cannot.

I'm planning to reapply from my country, but I saw a refusal post in this forum from someone who applied from India. They showed work experience of UAE and got rejected for the same reasons. So, I'm confused about what to do.

Need to show more cash & ties to return to India. Income property, business, investments that must return to. Show that you lived together for a long time before she came to Canada. Also don’t return to India & apply immediately.
