SOWP file stuck since Nov

Hi ,

I applied for SOWP for my wife back in Nov 2023. Please refer to the timeline below-


Date of Application: 28 Nov 2023
Date of Biometrics: 8 Dec 2023
Date of Upfront Medical Examination: 13 Apr 2024
Date of Medical Request: 1 May 2024

Have called IRCC multiple times and raised webforms as well for the same.

IRCC says they have received the medicals but it is yet to be linked to the application.

I also contacted MP but the response from their end was not helpful either.

I guess that’s the only part holding back the visa outcome.

Any suggestions on getting my medical updated against the application?

I’m so sorry to hear about that, must be super frustrating! In this tracker here, the longest open SOWP cases are from February of this year, so closer to your date although not the same: https://myimmitracker.com/en/ca/trackers/consolidated-work-permits-tracker

Might be helpful to reach out to those people and see what’s been holding them up? Good luck, I hope you receive PPR soon!
