November 29,2016 -visitor visa rejected
December 31,2016 - SOWP Submited through online

my visa got rejected yesterday because of the following reasons....

1) family ties in canada and in country of residence
2)personal assets and financial status
3)Travel History ( what is this i dont have any previous visits to anty other country)

my wife is in student visa status in canada from 4 months she send me a invitation letter.................

Educational documents

Letter of explanation
Parents Letter
Experience Letter
Marriage certificate
Photos of Marriage
National ID

Husband's Documents:

Letter of Invitation
Lease agreement
Visa(work permit)
Job/Offer letter Showing his duties/responsibilities as well
Pay stubs(3 month latest)
Educational degree
Tax returns
Experience letter
Bank statement(6 months)
Job Noc code

the same reasons of my rejection too.they want to reject it.thats it
if your wife is in student visa means you should have applied SOWP.

Thank you for documents check list ... ya i have to apply for that but i thought visitor visa will come fast thats y i applied for TRV and u applied SOWP through online or paper? where we can check the processing timings of sowp ...i can't see any where

I applied in October 24th. SOWP with upfront medicals in Bangalore Visa office. And I am still waiting for my status as it is open. Sent letter, email case specific enquiry. No response at all. 10 weeks are over long back.
