SOWP December 2016 applicants

i applied on dec 20th and just uploaded the documents which were requested in the file
imm 1295
imm 5707
imm 5257
proof of relationship-marriage certificate
passport
photograph
in the place of request for medical exam - i uploaded my passport sized photo again as i didnt go for upfront medicals ,thought to do medicals after i get the medical request

that again through case specific enquiry i sent additional documents and got mail from cic stating that "WE CAN CONFIRM THE RECEPTION OF THE DOCUMENTS " SINCE FILE IS AT THE CANADIAN VISA OFFICE NEW DELHI ,YOU MUST ALSO CONTACT THEM.

so i sent a mail to delhi office to enquire about the outcome to a request for the additional documents through cse, till now no response from delhi.

i am waiting for medical request .

besides this i got ita for pr as my husband applied for express entry in which he updated his status to married and mentioned that he is accompanying me along with him

so we are requested to submit pcc and medicals for pr within 90 days

does my pr application will affect sowp application will it speedup the process

as i am applying my medicals for pr do they request for medicals again for sowp or directly request for passport ?

as he mentioned in the file that he is married and accompanying me along with him.
