Hello guys, got an issue need suggestions from you:

I ordered CBSA record for my citizenship application. The report, however, has two obvious issues:

1) There is no record for EXIT from canada: Only my entries (via flight) into Canada have been recorded.

2) there is one trip via train to the USA missing: i took train from Canada to the USA on Jun 30,2013 and back to Canada on July 07,2013. There is no record for this trip at all... I checked my passport, i have only a stamp of Canada custom when i re-enter Canada on July 07,2013. There was no stamp or anything in my passport when i entered the USA on Jun 30,2013..

I called the CBSA contact line and the lady told me CBSA can not do anything to update the record(WTH!...)

Suggestions will be highly appreciated!

Issue is that several I-94 details are incorrect for me so not sure how I can prove some of my entry dates in US - since I don't have boarding passes as well as stamps on passport for few of my US visits .

I had the same problem with US I-94 details. I checked online for my wife's details. They listed October 6th for entry/exit same day trip but the US stamp clearly says Oct 5th.

So I ordered ATIP to CBSA to see what dates are listed on their end. We know we left Canada and came back same day on the 5th but since Canada / US now share entry dates as exit dates for the other, I am curious as to what CBSA listed as exit date if US listed Oct 6th as entry date.

A completely unrelated question. How long did it take for you to get your CBSA reports??? I applied for mine on July 22nd and so far have not heard anything back.

It suppose to take 30 days after they received your ATIP request plus mailing time of 5 days. We also submitted the request and email response was told to not reply back until 35 days has passed since we submitted the request. If inquiry was made during this time-frame, delay can occur in getting your request completed on time.

In your case, if you didn't get any response until by Aug 29 (5 mailing days after Aug 22) you should contact them to find out what's the delay. You may have to wait until Sept 2, to call them after long labour day weekend.

Legislation allows CBSA to extend the 30 days mandated ATIP response time by another 30 days if there is an impact on their 'operations' - applicants were flooding CBSA with entry requests and they are swamped.

No hurry to get ours. My wife won't qualify for citizenship until at least july 2017 under the new rules.
