Hi all!Got a very important question for you...pls help

When I create my EE profile I declare as SINGLE. But I do have a common law partner but at that time we broke up so I consider my self as Single.

And then we good again....after I received my ITA

So what should I do when I file the PR application? As common law but partner not accompanying to Canada? (we both here so is it ok to say so? im not applying a pr for her with me at this time btw)

Pls help...this question is killing me..

Thank you and God bless you! :-*

If she is already in Canada and she is not accompanying you (either because she is a Canadian citizen or permanent resident), then your points will remain the same even if you state you have a common law partner. However, if she is not a citizen or PR holder, then your recalculated points will be lower and you must state a valid reason why she will not accompany you to Canada in your application

She's holding a study permit here for school and she will leave canada after she done school here..

in this case..I still have to claim as she accompanying me to canada?

do u think i need to decline the ITA at this time due to this?

Thank you so much for the answer!!
